In this two-week session, the students will be living the life of a summer stock performer and will be challenged to put up a musical almost entirely on their own! This session encompasses all aspects of the Theatrical Arts, including rehearsal, design, construction and performance. Students will see their show come to life and enjoy the rewards of performance. The students will be in charge of the theatrical design of sets, costumes and props, and will also bring those designs to life, using skills they have mastered. They will be challenged to assist in choreography and direction and essentially will create their own production from the ground up. Mornings will consist of basic acting and improvisation games, and the afternoons will be dedicated to the rehearsal and set/prop/costume construction of their show (Show is Seussical.). This is a great companion class for students who have already taken Li’l Buds classes or who have participated in other Summer Camp sessions. Family invited performance – Friday June 29th 2pm Prerequisite – Li’l Buds Camp, Class or Workshop
